Since graduating in 2008 with a degree in Digital Media Design I've worked in Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Marketing, with some of Brighton's best digital agencies for internationally commercial clients. I've seen projects from conception to completion and have worked on accounts at all levels, from the devilish details of the operations team to the grand plans of client-facing proposals.

Writing's been a passion of mine for a long time and as a result I've always contributed to the agencies' blogs. Back when I was at Site Visibility a couple of my posts on optimising video content were featured on Search Engine Land and Search Engine Watch. While at White Hat Media my blog posts on link building and social media was often shared, one post in particular was retweeted in the triple figures, and my report on Aleks Krotoski's keynote speech at Breaking into Digital has been cited as a reference on her Wikipedia page.
